  • Really great experience here with my boyfriend. We both enjoyed our massages and found that both RMTs were able to hit trigger points well and were very friendly. Cute spot and would highly recommend it.

  • The prices were reasonable and the facility was well kept. There was a nice roof top gazebo area I would like to explore in the summer time. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

  • Mountain Spa is a hidden gem in Banff. I was impressed with the layout and decor of the spa. We encountered wonderful staff. Beate (the owner) is a joy to be around. We highly recommend booking an appointment here for your next massage in Banff. And with so many amazing restaurants and shops outside the front door it’s well worth the journey to get to from Calgary.
